Asanas (postures) are gently taught and modified as needed. Everyone should feel comfortable, whether just beginning or an experienced student. Regular classes run 8 to 10 weeks.

Fridays, 10am starts Sept 6
*No class Monday, October 14 (Thanksgiving).
Space is limited to 12 people and fills up quickly; payment for the session is made at the first class to hold your spot. Missed classes can be made up, when space is available.
Fridays, 10am classes recommence July 2020
Most beginners can join in regular classes. Occasionally a 4 week intro for absolute beginners is offered.
Suitable for those for whom lying or sitting on the floor is challenging or uncomfortable. Ideal for seniors with limited range of motion. Classes usually run 8 weeks. No yoga mat required. Please bring a small blanket for back support.
Yoga is best done in bare feet. Wear clothing in which you can move freely. Bring something to lie on (yoga mat recommended), and a blanket. Spare yoga mats are available for use if required.
Registration required. Drop-ins permitted when space available.
