A dynamic experience of inner rhythm and expressive movement, Kripalu YogaDance traces its roots to the free flow of yoga postures in Kripalu Yoga, known as Meditation in Motion.

 

Blending yoga and dance in a creative, easy and fun way, movements range from slow, gentle stretching to wild, vigorous dancing, to a wide range of music from around the world.

 

This holistic approach to well-being integrates the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of your being, leaving you feeling uplifted, revitalized and balanced.

 

YogaDance is a celebration of life!  It's all about how you feel, and not how you look.  The inner dancer can be found in us all! No dance or yoga experience is necessary; YogaDance is suitable for anyone who loves to move to music,  regardless of age, gender or fitness level.  Emphasis is on self-care and compassion for the body; everyone is encouraged to do only what feels right for them.

 

Alison's love of music and movement led her to become a Certified Kripalu YogaDance Teacher in 2002.
